At Affinity Care Advisory, part of the Affinity Care Group, we help social care and healthcare providers meet the standards of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We work across everything from regulations and registrations to mock inspections and crisis support. Whatever the project, the goals the same: to help services feel confident and ready to deliver great care.

About the Role

You'll work directly with clients to assess compliance, offer clear advice and deliver tailored support. It's a mix of analysis, problem-solving and practical action. You'll combine technical knowledge with great communication, helping providers strengthen their governance and stay inspection-ready.

Here's what the work involves day to day:

  • Advising clients on CQC regulations, inspections and quality standards
  • Planning and delivering mock inspections, audits and action plans
  • Supporting services to address compliance issues and raise standards
  • Working with colleagues to share ideas and improve how we deliver our service
  • Keeping up to date with CQC changes and sharing what you learn with the team

What You'll Bring:

  • A solid understanding of CQC frameworks and inspection processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Curiosity and initiative to improve how things are done
  • Organised, practical and focused on solutions
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to quality, integrity and innovation

Why Join Us

We're a growing advisory business, and this is an exciting stage to join.

  • Flexible remote working, with access to our Norwich office if you prefer a base
  • Varied, hands-on work across the UK
  • Ongoing professional development and peer learning
  • A supportive team built on our values: Quality, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity
  • The satisfaction of knowing your work supports safer, higher-quality care across the sector
