Job Title: Care Assistant – Basingstoke
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £13.00–£15.00 per hour + mileage allowance (45p per mile)
Contract Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care to adults with a variety of needs, including:
- Physical disabilities
- Learning disabilities
- Dementia and mental health conditions
- Adults over and under 65 years
- Personal care and medication support
You’ll also assist with community access and maintain accurate documentation.
Shift Details & Pay Rates
- Weekdays (08:00–19:00): £13.00/hour
- Weekdays Premium (Before 08:00 & After 19:00): £14.00/hour
- Weekends (08:00–19:00): £14.00/hour
- Weekends Premium (Before 08:00 & After 19:00): £15.00/hour
- Mileage: 45p per mile
What We’re Looking For

- Reliability and flexibilit
Essential:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Live locally to Basingstoke (due to travel requirements)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided
